Fixed some missing concrete wall textures.
Fixed some props that were still prop_static to prop_dynamic or prop_physics.

Fixed one of the two Cardboards was missing textures.
Fixed some props that was still prop_static to prop_physics (So map doesn't delete them anymore)
Fixed map icon not displayed.
