-update to c_arms. added procedual bones to help with rotating the wrist when using certain weapons

-material improvements

-fixed movement animations

-animations compressed to save space

-added unique animations for dual pistols

-added unique holding animation for camera
-fixed more animations playing too fast

-added the gmod default dance (and yes it was animated from scratch)
-improved the other taunt animations

-updated the textures to use the new jwe2 velociraptor textures
-lots of new sound effects

-finally fixed the noclip animation
