Misc.:
- Reorganized files.

Infected:
- New Military Tank, Patient Boomer and Nurse Witch made by Phantom.
- New Police Tank, Military Boomer, Doctor Spitter and Pajamas Witch made by SirWololo.
- Optimized several textures.

VScript - Code improvement and optimization:
- Boomer exploded legs now match with the correct model/skin.
- Added skin randomization for the SI. Military and Surgeon Tanks can now spawn with two different skins.
- Added bodygroup randomization for the SI. Military and Police Boomer can now spawn with or without berets/caps.
- Fixed Police Tank tonfa drop not working.
