Add dlc units to some custom unit sets, namely new agents and monster units.

Lower tier landmark such as Arena of the Gods have their cost reduced so you can reliably construct and utilise these landmarks.

New landmark at Okkam's Forever Maze

Arena of the Gods have been changed, something might be changed to warband recruitment, + base rank no longer work on it. The per turn experience is now doubled, but the reduced replenishment is further increased.

Seems like CA messed up some unit set(not sure if its 3.0 or 3.1). Doom Knight, Skullcrushers and their RoR variants are not getting effected by some red skill tree AGAIN. It seems like the people in charge for unit set have disagreements on whether these units count as daemonic or not, so here we are. Seriously CA, get your shit together man.

Once again, this mod now adds these units into existing vanilla unit set (well, at least according to how similar unit are categorized in vanilla anyway, there is barely any consistency), so they may be buffed by the red skills correctly.

Previous updates have made this mod's landmarks and buildings to primarily use custom unit set. However the problem is bothering me enough so here we are.
