Fixed a bunch of errors, restructured code for better referencing, rescripted mod unit rules, added new RoRs to the rules (should activate automatically when DF updates the main TTC mod).

Fixed Allied Unit costs not taking place.

This entailed a bit of a revamp of the mod as such. It's now much more simplified, but it *might* break saves due to a change in the skillsets. Hope it does work, however!
