HOTFIX: Another small fix for a bug caused by the "Promotion Filter" for the View Squad list of Covert Infiltration. This fix simply stops ALL added-sort options for this screen.

UPDATE: Added a "In Squad/On Mission" group to the StatusSorting. This group will show first, but the order can be changed in the config still.

Exposed the opening tab of the Living Quarters to config and set the default to be in-line with the vanilla game to the Soldiers Tab.

Change how the name column sorts to by first/nick/last.
Add a text filter to the lists.
Sort by HQ Crew order.
Adds an entire new tab to the Living Quarters (by MCO, can easily disable with no real loss if it causes issues)

BUGFIX: Yeah.. so a unit could somehow be both Shaken and Wounded, which messed up my carefully constructed Sort-By-Status ... Now fixed.

Once again, many thanks to BlackDog for bugfinding and testing fixes.

Make sure the Sort by Status only uses the Mental Time when it actually needs too ...

Getting this done right has just been a huge pain tbh ... I can't be 100% certain there isn't some outlier case I haven't covered, but I think this should be 95% of use cases done ...
