HOTFIX: Actually use the Mental Time as a sorting factor for units with Mental Time ... because using the Status Time wasn't good enough here, no.. and the game has to have a different function for the same information for the same place for when you are tired/shaken .... I AM tired and shaken just trying to get this mod "done right" ...

UPDATE: Yes a jump from 1.1 to 2.0 ... because I completely redesigned the mod internally. No longer uses MCO's. Everything is driven by UI Screen Listeners. Now works for any UI Personnel screen.

Redid the configs, check for new values and [headers] if you have personal configs saved.

Added a button to sort by Country.
