Ikit workshop script now datacore'd, compatibility ruined, but at least it works now

Throt's top bar ui will now show the correct unit cards
Growth vat now gives mutagen for new unit batches
Ikit's workshop should now unlock stuff properly, though I'm pretty sure it would've before, just on the next turn.

Fixed the Behemoth's burrowing ability
Fixed that one saved-game-loading crash, probably
Fixed the Skrye workshop progress bars, they should always be accurate now
Moulder top bar new unit icon is still fubar'd
