-Cooldown added to fspecial throw: 3 seconds
-Knockback Adjustment increased: 1.0 > 1.1
-Dspecial now also puts dazz in parrystun when parried.
-If fspecial is on cooldown, dazz cannot uspecial or nspecial.

-Added Cooldown (90 Frames).
-Added UI to signal cooldown.
-Hat Health now starts at 0 and maxes out at 50.
-It is now possible to hit the hat when Malacy isn't out.
