And grants High Elf Eagle Claw Bolt Thrower crew units new models based on the tabletop miniature, and a quiver for their bolts.

• A lot of various bug fixes for High Elf quivers.

Fixed the wsmodel files so LODs load correctly, and adjusted some quiver models to be more fitting for shield variants.
