cleaned up the numbers now i know how it works better, should be very similar values to before

a false update that didnt change anything to stop people who dont read the description commenting about updates

Changed the Values for the AI so it values its money the same as yours, every 500 ish gold should be 1 economic Diplo weight for most AI and the player. Previously the AI was valuing its money at around 1000 gold is 1 weight when its paying you and 500 gold is 1 weight when your paying it. So for the same deal you would be payed double the gold which was not my intention when i made this. Should have done more maths when testing i guess
