-Shields now display their health via the Clipsize in sandbox
-Moved right click actions for Rocket Shield and Dragon Shield to secondary ammo
-Backshield is now created on Equip and not Deploy
-You can now truly only have 1 shield at a time
-Placing down a new Tranzit shield will destroy any previously placed ones
