MokTech Industries - Core v1.8.0

- Added AD-BM9 Mortar Turret + Supply Crate
- Added shield to DC-15S and DP-23
- Added handheld HuntIR launchers (used like Emergency Flare Launchers)
- Updated object hack, added password option
- Updated Verpine, increased scope zoom and improved performance at range
- Updated weight of normal mortar rounds, slight decrease
- Updated DC-15X, slight improvement to accuracy at range
- Updated Breaching Charge framework, switched to config property instead of using inheritance-based checks
- Updated Logistics config structure, allow for custom presets specific to certain boxes
- Fixed logiboxes c':
- Fixed fortify menu not showing correctly
- Fixed some inheritance trees for a few vehicles
