Opened up the battlefield a bit in the bottom floor of the ruined Sea Vault so that the melee enemies will be a bit more threatening.

Stormlost Anango are now immune to stun, as opposed to being perpetually stunned from even the slightest hint of a stun effect.

The Gavel of Judgement should now function properly when using attack abilities with it.
