Removed save restriction from the vanilla backgrounds.

Chaos Dwarfs Update: Adds full Art support for Chaos Dwarfs and Wood elves. Dwarfs, The Empire and Norsca are the remaining races missing some art. Custom movie backgrounds have been turned on by default, but can be disabled in the MCT settings. The bug with missing LL voicelines in the campaign selection has yet to be fixed, but can be enabled by disabling custom movie backgrounds.

Adds a check to see if the user is using the legacy version of MCT or not.
