- Fixed the duplicate sounds stored in the f&h sfx folder

- Fixed the Fear & Hunger sfx which are listed under F&H
stupid little me forgot to change the hertz to a supported format

- Renamed "out of reality" folder to "bo2" as it includes unique bo2 sounds only
If you were using these sounds and i just broke your config's atmosphere... i am sorry!
