-Re-wrote story to be more lore friendly ziyou dadui will be seeking to form an american socialist republic
-replaced ghoulifaction stroyline with building popular support
-buffed CPA Power armor
-fixed liberator GFX and Localization
-added Localization too the war storyline
-chinese soldiers now sound chinese instead of ghoulish
-nurfed starting recruitment from 10% to 2.5%
-Removed all references to a communist emperor and Computers secretly being heads of state
