- implemented 2 new character interactions to remove either kinds of Luck from every character
- if you have many lucky or very lucky characters this might lag the game a bit!

- implemented a better fix for the norse CoA issue
- other on_actions should no longer cause a problem

- fixed an issue with norse flags defaulting to their christian variant in the 867 start date

There might be additional issues with the game_start on_action besides the norse CoA. If thats the case, I just copy the file instead of creating my own.
