Fixed an error that somehow didn't show up the first time I test that last release.

Fixed an issue where grenade that might use PostDrawViewModel would have their rendering messed up.

Also fixed crash issue if not running TTT.

Added a command to toggle if your not using TTT, also fixed an issue with the convar used for that.

Initial addon creation.
