Added interactable in-chat comments whenever using this jail. These messages pop up when:

Jail is spawned
Jail is removed
Start button is pressed (On/Off)
Copy SteamID button is pressed
Next User button is pressed
Every 5 minutes a /jailhelp prompt will come up to remind you if you need help.

Also added sound when duped

Jail is spawned
Jail is removed

Copy SteamID button is pressed

Fixed locking system where screen on bottom left would tell the user the opposite of when the jail is locked and unlocked.
