Slavic Apocalypse Update Alpha 0.2.6

Fixed:
- Fixed collision errors with some buildings
- Adjusted spawn rates of Tier 1, 2 and 3 item spawns
- Fixed lighting errors in Tall buildings
- Adjusted weapon spawns for the Police Station and Clinic

Added:
- Complete implementation of plane spawn
- Added cars around the map (static, and drivable) (Truck and ATV)
- Added new area to the map (small town)
- Added full weapon spawns in Small Town
- Plane now flys over Small Town
- Added mountains surrounding the map to hide the horizon line
- Added temporary roads around the map to guide vehicle travel
- Added new Rural Tier spawns (older WWII weapons and more “Old West” styles of weapons). As well as standard utility spawns
