Settings menu!
Add glee settings menu to context menu
Contains all clientside convars added so far
Add new cvar for heartbeat volume

Move all new context menu files to new contextmenu_widgets folder
Standardize the padding of all the new slop guis
Make the greedy patcher yap in chat if it errors
More area validity checks in the greedy patcher
Decrease cost of frag nade item, and rename it to 10 frag grenades
