Add Infernal Intervention
Respawning item that can put you into debt
Terrible item, spawns you with 5 health, and you can't move much after spawning.

And reworked divine intervention a bit
Costs more now, but can be used sooner after death, heals you for a bit after spawning, and nearly negates all damage for 8s after spawning

Add "gleeting" system where the session asks you to "gleet" players new to the gamemode.

Persist death & debt for rejoining players
