Nerfs
- NSpecial Dices now only remove cooldown on hit if they land quickly after being thrown (so combo throws are rewarded, but spam is not)
- NSpecial + FSpecial now have higher cooldowns if they're used repeatedly after eachother (the extra cooldown is indicated by them being red on the HUD)

- Fixed bug where Jail would sometimes make an error sound when opponents launched it
- Fixed bug where Jail would sometimes have more armor than intended, making it difficult for opponents to knock around

- Fixed Mr Oarly Bank sprite a little

Fixes / Other Changes
- You can now pay the jail fine by pressing any of the buttons you would use to roll the dices once you've used up your roll attempts
- If you have a get out of jail free card, an upward arrow is shown above the card to help indicate that you have to press up to use it
- Fixed NSpecial dice and FSpecial tokens not being destroyed (and glitching out) if thrown by certain throws that were meant to break them (ex: Sol FSpecial)
