-Fixed build stage collisions being impassible. (They are same as fully built model so some stages will still have some invisible barriers that become visible as you weld it up)
-Added conduit 90 degree turn.

-Grade D fuel takes longer to make.
-Reactor takes longer to weld.

Reactor ring script updated, will now turn off when there is no inventory.
Also it spins slower when fuel gets low.
