Removed "Blood of Midas" gold eyes. Caused MANY compatibility errors.

Cleaned up file naming.

Added "Blood of Titans" trait. Admittedly boring right now, will be improved.

"Blood of Demons" is no long congenital. Behaves like Vampirism, but can only be conferred once per 10 years. (Known Bug: Scheme "Offer Sanguine Curse" currently cannot fail.)

Midas, Titans, and Bilge bloods all have physical portrait changes. (Known Bug: Midas 'gold-eyes' texture currently broken.)

Minor localization edits.

No longer *fully* compatible with mods that change the '02_genes_accessories_misc' genes file.

Blood of Kings, "Reclaim Ancestral Throne" decision has been fixed. No longer spammable, fixed tooltip, names Kingdom after dynasty instead of primary title.
