Major update!

Added decorative items, rebalanced a few things, added new torpedo launch tube, loader, and rack. I think. I'm tired.

Tentative update, changed recipes and tweaked turret values. Searchlight should now display accurate range when wired to depth charge and torpedo tubes.

Finally "fixed" nuclear depth charges, added flashbangs to nukes :)

Also, changed crafting recipes for compact Fission and Fusion bombs, they now require incendium much like Vanilla nukes. Nuclear depth charges and decoys now require fission bombs and have different behaviours.
