Fixed players becoming stuck if the Dinosaur is killed while mauling them.

Added idle and chase vocalizations with associated animation.
Added a bite.
Added head tracking.
Consolidated the 1993 and 1997 skins into one model file.
No longer collides with the ragdoll of characters it kills.
Pressing 'reload' while possessing the bot makes the Velociraptor vocalize.

New, higher quality normal map.
1993 variant renamed, now the 'female' pattern.
1997 Lost World variant, the 'male' pattern.
(No, I don't plan on doing the JP3 or Jurassic World Raptors.)
