considerable changes, especially for the Perk-Tree
Heralds can now get a good amount of Hack too

New Perk Tree

Squaddie: Resources Sublimation
Corporal: Dive: Combat
Sergeant: Dive: Body OR Thruster Dash
Lieutenant: Dive:Total War
Captain: Mobile-Shift Protocol OR Dive: Kill
Major: Pray Protocol OR WraithBurn
Colonel: War Protocol
Brigadier: CataclysmProtocol OR SabotageProtocol OR ArcCapacitor (Fixer)

Also ... no longer additional Vest Types are required. Highly recommand Ability Pre-Requisite get arounder to have access to all abilities
