- cleaned up some new camera positions
- removed red and blue indicator for allies and enemys

FPS Camera Overhaul

- added new FPS camera postions for almost all vehicles (used immersive camera mod as a template, but all tanks/ifvs now have a first person view of the cannon now.)
- reworked FPS camera for humans (immersive camera mod)
- added new cross-hairs for some vehicles (immersive camera mod)
