  • Removed Focus Completion Rewards that granted Nuclear Reactors and Nukes as the imbalance would make new content unplayable for both Rebellion and Empire
  • Focus Rewards such as number of factories, political power, command power, and so on have been adjusted slightly for balance

NEW CONTENT
GENERIC
  • NEW POLITICAL TAB - STAR WARS IDEAS AND SPIRITS
    This new political tab will buff Star Wars nations giving them extra benefits. There are three new slots within the political screen with the final being a swappable buff that costs political power to swap to buffs around such as improved consumer goods, more surrender limit, research speed, and more.

REBEL ALLIANCE
  • NEW POLITICAL PATH - LUKE SKYWALKER
    Added Luke Skywalker as an alternate path for Rebellion Leadership. Luke features a whole seat of buffs directly related to land army benefits as Luke is instrumental in supporting ground troops of the Rebellion. This will also leave room for an upcoming update that will also add in Princess Leia as an alternate path.
  • THE CONTINUED GALACTIC CIVIL WAR
    Added over 36 focuses that allow the Rebellion to instigate the Continued Galactic Civil War against the Empire -- there are multiple options to allow the player to adjust thier war against the Empire depending on how thier war effort is progressing
  • EXPANDED INDUSTRY TREE
    Added over 20 focuses that expand the Rebellion's ability to produce a competent industry
    Added 2 research slots focuses
  • EXPANDED GOVERMENT
    Added Over 15 Focuses that allow the Rebel Alliance to expand its government past a Rebellion -- the current only working path is the Old Republic, but the upcoming update will add in the other ideas for the other paths to fuction properly

THE EMPIRE
  • ALTERNATE PATHS
    Empire now features a new focus section that will be expanded in upcoming updates. It will be where all alternate paths are placed for the Empire featuring new forms of leadership and government.
  • OPERATION ALDERAAN AND THRAWN'S EMPIRE
    Added over 20 new focuses where Thrawn can become Leader of the Imperial Government on Earth

UPCOMING v1.6.1
VERSION v1.6.1 will be adding in extra content such as Princess Leia for the Rebellion, and other content updates & improvements that did not make it in time for the 1.6 patch.

  • Changed the Entire Structure of the Empire's Army Tree to allow for faster access to doctrines
  • Changed Imperial Army and Specialized Troopers Requirements to expand the difference between Tarkin and Vader as Leader of the Executor -- Imperial Army can only be taken as Tarkin while Specialized Troops can only be taken as Vader
  • Changed The Imperial Supply Fleet Focus to no longer force the requirement of Imperial Army -- instead Supply Fleet Focus requires you to reach a certain focus out of either Imperial Army or Specialized Troops due to the changes made
  • Changed which Focuses were able to be done by choosing Imperial Army or Specialized Troops, both paths no longer converge and now branch out the gameplay depending on the leader choosen
  • Removed the Mutual Exclusive between Corporate System and War Industry to allow the player to get both the Gulf Oil Company and the 5 military factories
  • Added Mutual Exclusive between Elitism and Exploitation
  • Changed the Position of Increased Autonomy Focus and The Senate Focus for better coherence

REBEL ALLIANCE
  • DECISION TAB
    Added 6 more repeatable decisions to the Rebel Alliance's unique decision tab.
    1. Extra Operative Slot
    2. 2 Offmap Dockyards
    3. Supply Expansion Idea - which grants +50% supply hub construction speed, and 30% railway construction speed for 365 days
    4. Rebel Training Idea - which grants -15% training time for 365 days
    5. Rebel Output Idea - which grants +15% Factory and Dockyard Output for 180 days
    6. Rebel Repair Idea - (only available at war) which grants +25% factory repair speed, and +30% free repair for 180 days
  • NEW ECONOMIC LAW AND RECRUITMENT LAW
    Rebel's now feature a unique economic law called Fight for Freedom and a Recruitment Law called The Rebel Alliance. These laws are immediatly implace at the country's start.

THE EMPIRE
  • WAR PLANS
    Added 8 new focuses under the War Plans focus path that allow you to either pupper or annex Bulgaria
  • REVAMPED ARMY TREE
    Tarkin and Vader will now more directly affect the way the army shapes. Imperial Army will only be available to Tarkin while Specialized Troops only to Vader. These changes along with reorganizing focuses around now change the way the two leaders fuction in terms of battle.

GERMANY
  • NEW FOCUS TREE
    GERMANY has been updated to feature a whole new focus tree that rivals the Empire in size to entirely focus upon the German's Reich's historical situation more closely. This does mean that Germany can no longer take any alt history path as they have been removed for the time being. This new focus tree will follow the Reich's journey throughout WW2 as you conquest throughout Europe having to deal with not only an unstable economy but a political rivarly between the Wehrmacht and SS. This focus tree will eventually converge with you fighting against the Empire after the defeat of the Soviets. This tree is all but finished and minor updates will occur throughout future updates.

NEW CONTENT
REBEL ALLIANCE
  • FOCUS TREE
    Initial basics of the Rebellion Focus Tree will be available taking the gameplay up to Mid 1939 or Danzig or War. This is just the start for the Rebels as updates will continue adding in many new focuses till the faction is equal in content to the Empire. Only 33% of the Rebel Alliance Focus Tree is present: over 40 focuses for the Rebel Alliance at the launch of v0.1.5.

    Han Solo is the only playable leader for v1.5 at the moment, and his story will be added until 1.6 which then the focus will be changed to Luke Skywalker.

ROMANIA
  • NEW FOCUS TREE
    Romania has been updated to feature a whole new focus tree to entirely focus upon playing a COOP game with the Empire. This focus tree will follow Michael I's imperial aligned control as you conquest throughout Europe claiming much of the territory. This focus tree will also be updated throughout v1.5

UPCOMING v1.5.1
VERSION v1.5.1 will be adding an a robust overhaul to the German Focus Tree, this will be immediately equal in size to the Empire.

Changes/Updates
  • Localisation Updates to fix missing descriptions and focus names.
  • Added missing gfx for focus icons (most are temporary and will be updated with custom icons at a later date)
  • Re-added Imperial Voice Overs and Sound Effects
  • Empire now starts with a pre-created faction titled "GALACTIC EMPIRE", this shall remove the tedious step of creating a faction to do certain focuses.
  • Updated the Introduction Message
  • Removed the DLC requirements as someone from the community playtested and stated that the mod worked fine without DLC. If this happens to cause too many issues, I shall reupdate the requirements.

NEW CONTENT
Imperial Command
  • Added 6 New Focuses under War Plan : Romania Focuses
    Improve a Romanian puppet or Annexation of Romania with following focuses. (3 focuses per respective path)
    Empire if Tarkin is leader has focuses to buff the Romanian puppet--this is too help CO-OP player and/or AI (3 new focuses)
    Empire has 2 new focus beneath the annexation of Romania that expand the story and effects around annexation (both tarkin and vader can annex)
New Events: Pass 1
New Events: Pass 1 will be the introduction and ongoing process of adding new events that are emplaced within focus completion rewards that will change how each playthrough of Redux shapes. Each will either feature positives effects, negative effects, or both. They will all have consequences that will be implemented on a separate pass of events. The first pass of new events will cover the economic/industry tree. Expect a whole host of new story and choices to make.

New Events can be found under the center tree of the economic focus tree starting at the midway point, please leave feedback on these new events.

Imperial Command
  • Added 1 Focus beneath Dark Side of the Force
    This focus will spawn in 3 501st divisions and unlock the 501st template for editing

  • Added 8 New Focuses under War Plan to help the mid game to late game flow better
    Empire can now annex Romania then core the respective states
    Empire can now core the middle east
    Empire now has focuses to go to war with the Soviets
    - Tarkin has a puppet focus
    - Vader has a annex focus with 3 subsequent focuses
    1| two focuses that give compliance on all soviet territory (use these focuses to help with the war)
    2| a 70 day focus to core all of the soviet lands (this will be the only 70 day focus--the trade off for coring over 140 states for 70 days is reasonable)

  • Fix: If Tarkin is leader, Hatay should now be transferred to the IRAQ puppet correctly from the Colonial Agreement Focus

VERSION 0.1.4.4
Imperial Command
  • Added 3 New Focuses under War Plan to help the mid game flow better, allowing the Empire to have border conflicts with the British for control over Egpyt.

    If the border conflicts are won, the Empire is able to complete the last two new focuses to threaten the British for more territory , and to gain cores on the newly conquered land.

    But be careful, you will lose territory if you lose the border conflicts.

  • Changed the War Decisions to instantly declare war against the respective country instead of giving a war goal, to prevent AI guarantees.
  • Changed the time on focus on industry and focus on materials decisions to allow the Imperial to start their industry build-up focuses sooner.
