Changed Legacy Points costs on certain skill trees
- All skills at 15LP increased to 20LP
- Ling Han Sword Technic increased to 120 -> 160LP
- Mt Shu increased to 160 -> 180LP (Active tree alone 95 -> 110 LP, Passive tree alone 85 -> 100LP)
- Old Jackal tree 70 -> 140LP (Dual Scaling no cap is too op)
- Old Sentinel 2 -> 80 -> 140LP (Dual Scaling no cap is too op)
- Old Bounty Hunter -> 50 -> 80LP (Dual Scaling no cap is too op, but only on few spells here)
- Hashinshin -> 60 -> 70LP (Dual Scaling with CAP)
