Balancing the fishing system.
Composters now consume organic material to generate bait.

The food processors can now retrieve food from the fish traps to produce recipes.
The slaughterhouse can now, at the end of production, if the final food is perishable, it will move it to the fridge.
Composters now cycles bait generation based on the amount of organic material in the inventory.
Fish traps now seek out bait from composters when they don't have enough bait to catch.
Fixed composters and cages cycling to use game time provided by the Core API.
Added description to several blocks and items.
Added icons on blocks created by the mod.
Added German support.

Food processors can now retrieve food from the fridge to produce recipes, and if the final food is perishable it will return it to the fridge.
Fixed the inventory of composters.

Fixed status cycle time to use milliseconds instead of frames, to avoid very fast consumption on fast machines.

Fixed problem with continuing to accumulate stamina spending even within cryogenesis, and applying all the reducer at once when it comes out, which could cause the character's death.
