Updated melee spawns again as I noticed the shovel could spawn in maps, e.g No Mercy, where I thought were not suited.

Made slight change that was meant to be in the last update to hopefully reduce the shiny-ness of the skateboard, -untested so I may have to revert this change.

Reverted some changes to the melee spawning. Melee spawns are now original with only changes being the new weapons scattered in appropriate maps. Riot shields only spawn in campaigns that could spawn tonfas and added tonfa spawns to Dead Center and The Passing.
