Removed extra periscope that i forgor

- Removed bottom rear coilgun
- Moved railgun to bottom middle for 180 coverage
- Moved discharge coil where the railgun was
- Changed reactor output to 6000 kw
- Changed fuel consumption rate to 0.6 (Recent updates nerfed the op fuel consumption upgrades)
- Changed top speed to 30 km/h (Can increased to 40 km/h by manual reactor control)
- Some layout changes and probs other stuff i forgot
