A Bunch of custom abilities for Frost Technician, couple of fixes, Working on a ton of localization so expect another update sometime soon. Frost Tech is last playable advent for the 1.0 release of playable advent, so doing a bunch of clean up now and will get ability descriptions and more ready.

Get Down: A Non-Turn Ending pseudo command that grants a Hunker Down Action to an ally.
Keep Your Head Down: A Non-Turn Ending pseudo command that causes the first enemy attack against the targeted ally to miss.
Frost Shield: Frost Shield grants 1/2/3 Ablative based on armour tier
Defensive Maneuvers: Grants 10 Defense and 10 Dodge to allies within 7 tiles.
Master Engineer: Once Per Turn, Improvise Grenade Perks will refund the action used.
