The 'Rebalance Update' (v1.1)

Added each factory to have 3 instead of 2 resources per factory

Rebalanced the cost of each Factory from 10600 to 5200

>Well this update was supposed to come out before BBA but i couldnt get myself to work on it and when me and my friends were playing a game recently we realised the mod had no use, so i decided to rework it to make it more usefull in more situations.
