Switched the execution and vs vegetation bonuses on herbicide because people complained that vegetation overhaul botanist was weak in the weald still.

ignoring the fact that all other vegetation enemies added by mods tend to be super weak blight resistance and the bonus blight damage was better for them.

trinket rework (actually all the changes that happened that you see got spammed today)

- Earthly Blend Changes
-- Now Very Common rarity from Uncommon
-- now gives -2 speed, up from -1

- Sweet Blend Changes
-- Now Uncommon rarity from Rare
-- No longer gives +2 speed, instead gives +1 speed when hit
-- Dodge gained when hit changed from +20 to +15

- Hardened Tools Changes
-- Fixed typo in the name (thanks pizza)
-- Now Rare rarity from Uncommon
-- Now buffs Trim's damage by 15%
-- Now buffs Trim to have 30% AP

- Trim now has minor bleed
