Pretty big update!

• +2 mobility, now +4 total. Should make the spec's lower HP more workable.
  
• +5 hack no longer grows over time, but is available right away.
  
• Now allows the Alien Hunter secondary, updates changed it completely. (melee focus)
  
• Now blocks Keeper/Ex-Lancer pairings. Comment out changes or reroll to fix broken units.
