-updated ZapGuns / Wavegun to use a Clip3 with Ammo2
instead of splitting Clip1 in half

-fix the fix for the fix to fix the Hacker Placer Tool in nz
-fixed Explosive weapons that hurt the owner doing 200 damages when owner is caught in the blast
-KeeperSword projectile now has animations and functions better
-rotated and optimized all world models
-most weapons & entities now check for if PVP is enabled before attempting to do damage

-added funny new effect to QED, inspired by the map "Abandoned Rocket Base"
-reverted Waffe tracer back, i fucking hate this game
-Hacker no longer requires you to continue looking at your target, but you must stay within 70 units to complete the hack. (this is to fix hacking Powerups)
-Buffed Wrath of the Ancients cause it sucked ass

-GKZ Black Hole now does infinite damage
-Scavenger now does infinite damage cause based

-updated wonder weapons to use new Boss Health
basically, they will always do set damage to bosses (based on round as well)
so for exmaple thundergun will always 3 shot on round 21 and below
