Implemented a possible fix for crashes related to non-human NPCs.

* Added additional logging to try to trace down an unknown mod conflict

* Fixed a crash when changing characters at the Medical Room.
* Enabled some additional console logging - this is temporary while the mod is in beta. Server owners, please excuse the clutter and report any error messages you see.
