Mod名称简化为 Simplified Chinese Mod

0.4 更新，添加了600多条新条例
还有一些问题，比如描述动作与被建造的物体之间的关系的长句子还有些问题，游戏作者预计在下个小更新里会放开接口，到时候再更新。
