Increased Headhunter crit chance bonus per kill from +1% to +5%.

Added Sticky Bomb, a copy of the Homing Mine. Required for better LWOTC compatibility of the Bounty Hunter class.

Updated RPGO and AtSR config so that Nothing Personal requires Handcannons, as only Handcannons have bonus damage values for it.

Updated localization to reflect balancing changes in the Bounty Hunter class.
