Updated to Necrodancer version 3.1.0. Most in-game things are Dutch now but a lot of the settings/options menus still need to be done.

Added dagger of frost, fixed some boss names and conjurer message. Changed 'omhoog' and 'omlaag' arrows to 'boven' and 'onder' so they fit in GUI
