Allow gathering of herbs that was exclusive to a danger/intermediate area from it's safe/lower area. Add Jo to deliver Tian Yuan Herb prescription to you if you have Herb > 620 next time you visit town in Chi You.

Changes on how you gather herb on World Map.

Faster: only take 1d instead of 5d

Better: no more G2-G6 Herb, either you get Herb or not at all.
(Those are still useless for now AFAIK).

More: each output is randomised from 1-10, instead of guaranteed only 1.
