cleaned up a few old monster inventories that needed adjustment.

Plant skeletons should be slightly less common to spawn in larger groups, they also have a very small chance of infecting players with husk on bites as they are definately husks now and share the husk group, will look into having them spawn elsewhere husks spawn rarely in BT.

reverted overlay on watchers gaze as it was overlapping at max strength for some reason even when the sprite was less than 10% opacity. Redid the entire code based on vanilla, realized it was shit and reverted it back to BTC original without overlay

Mermaids called removed AGAIN, turns out redoing it based on the observer effect which IS working somehow doesn't work, absolute horrorshow trashola.

All clown powertools cost an arm and a leg sale: headcuts free with every chainsaw.

readded angel (not implemented) as several files from it are intergrated with other items. may remove again later once I check everything over.

several minor fixes to items including chainsaw so it detaches ore properly.

Large amount of clean up no more small husk fish spawns, more diverse spawns including spinelings earlier in the game as in vanilla. More cave and wreck spawns more prawns.
