Added:

Edict "Tears of the lost" with provide Sentience Modules at the cost of Influence.

Balance changes:

Shadow hyper drive now have an ability to jump.

Policy "War Without End" now gives -90% to Jump cd, -40% unity while not at wat, +40% unity while at war, and the policy itself now locked.
