- Made all of the abilities configurable in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2827217224\Config\XcomGameData_AbilityData.ini
- New ability to replace the Domination at colonel, zone domination ! It's a domination in an AoE about half the size of a codex's bomb. Everything is configurable in the same file as all ability. Will require either a new gatekeeper or the use of [WOTC] Additional Soldier Console Commands to reroll the new ability.
- The custom ability get localization.
