Update 0.296:
FIXES:
* AT scavenge bug where units gets stuck in the evasion animation.
* Deleting units engaged in combat error is fixed by warning players NOT to delete units that are engaged in combat.
* Get lost target fix.

IMPROVEMENTS:
* Units are no longer grouping up behind same cover, but will instead move to the available cover or towards a nearby cover.
