・Fixed the problem that Immunity buff didn't work against certain vanilla diseases.

・Immunity buff is no longer partially disabled when Dev mode is on.
・Updated the description of Immunity and Purification buff to reflect the change.
・Readded Stasis ability; it is now less likely to break other mods.
・Stasis ability now requires Stability buff to use in addition to healing mechanites.
